Ecovacs Deebot X8 and X9 Pro Omni Drop to Low Prices

If you're eyeing a smarter way to tackle spring cleaning without lifting a finger, Ecovacs’ Deebot X8 Pro Omni and the newer X9 Pro Omni have arrived with notable discounts ahead of Amazon’s Big Spring Sale on March 25th.

The X8 Pro Omni is currently listed for $599 (down from $1,099.99) at Amazon, Best Buy and Ecovacs’ store, while the X9 Pro Omni is $679 (down from $1,299.99) at the same retailers. Those drops make both robots considerably more accessible, especially compared with Ecovacs’ newer flagship X11 OmniCyclone, which is on sale separately for $899.

Under the hood, the X8 and X9 pack a useful mix of sensors: lidar and a 3D camera map rooms to avoid furniture and obstacles, and Matter compatibility lets you integrate them with Alexa or Google Home. Each bot docks to a multifunction station that refills the water tank, disposes of dirty mop water to a separate waste compartment, and handles self-cleaning of the roller mop.

Performance differences between the two are mostly about suction and airflow. The X8 Pro Omni leans on stronger raw suction at 18,000Pa, while the X9 Pro Omni trades some peak pressure (16,600Pa) for Ecovacs’ Boosted Large-Airflow Suction Technology, which moves more air through the system for better debris capture. Both use an extendable roller mop capable of up to 4,000Pa of pressure to reach corners and edges.

For many shoppers, the X8 or X9 will hit the sweet spot: advanced navigation and hands-free mop maintenance without the flagship price. If you want maximum suction and a bagless auto-emptying dock, the X11 is worth a look — but for straightforward everyday cleaning, the X8 and X9 now represent strong value at their sale prices.
