These discounts arrive after Amazon rolled out a redesigned Fire TV OS that improves discovery and navigation. The updated interface pulls recommendations from subscriptions and adds convenient tabs for TV shows, news, sports, and live content across the top of the screen. A redesigned apps row lets users pin up to 20 favorites, instead of the six allowed previously, which speeds up hopping between services.

Voice navigation has been improved too, with support for Alexa Plus.
