Hello there, tech enthusiasts! We've got some exciting news for those of you who love a clean home with a little help from smart technology. Matic, a robot vacuum that has already won hearts (and apparently, the heart of our editors here at Mobikolik), is stepping up its game. The company has just rolled out 'Matic Cues,' a feature that brings both voice and gesture control to the already impressive robot vacuum.

Imagine this: you see a spill, and instead of fumbling for your phone or remote, you can simply point at the mess, and your Matic vacuum zips over to spot-clean it. Or, you can just tell it what you want it to do. This new level of interaction is designed to make managing your cleaning tasks even more straightforward. The feature is available starting today, August 13th, and you'll find it as an option within the Matic app under Settings > Matic Cues.

This update comes at an interesting time, right before a planned price increase for the WALL-E-esque robot. Starting September 9th, the price is set to jump from $1,245 to $1,495. So, if you've been eyeing this particular robot vacuum, the timing might be worth considering.

Early hands-on impressions suggest that Matic Cues is working quite well. The gesture control, in particular, seems to be a standout feature, offering a glimpse into a future where interacting with our home appliances is as natural as a simple hand movement. It's a neat addition that could very well set a new standard for smart home cleaning devices.
