San Diego Comic-Con wrapped up over the weekend, and as is tradition, it was brimming with news and sneak peeks from the worlds of film, TV, and gaming. While Marvel made waves by revealing Ryan Gosling as the next Ghost Rider and David Jonsson as Black Panther, and release dates were announced for God of War: Laufey (February 16th) and the fourth and final season of Silo (summer 2027), the real showstoppers for many watching from home were the trailers.

This year's SDCC did not disappoint on the trailer front. We got our very first glimpses at the much-talked-about cyberpunk series, 'Blade Runner 2099,' and the adaptation of William Gibson's seminal novel 'Neuromancer.' These trailers offered a tantalizing peek into the futuristic worlds fans have been eagerly awaiting.

Beyond the cyberpunk realm, SDCC 2026 also provided exciting updates for fans of classic horror and animation. A new take on a Stephen King classic was unveiled, promising a fresh perspective on a beloved story. Additionally, some animated favorites are set to return, hinting at new adventures for long-standing characters. For those who follow the convention from afar, these trailer drops are often the highlight, and 2026 certainly delivered a memorable lineup.
