Tiny Xteink X4 Pro E-Reader Hits All-Time Low Price

Hey tech enthusiasts! If you've been on the hunt for an e-reader that's truly portable, maybe even pocket-sized, the Xteink X4 Pro might just be your next favorite gadget. This little device boasts a 4.26-inch E Ink display with a resolution of 800 x 480, making it considerably smaller and slimmer than even Amazon's most compact Kindle models. And the best part? It's currently on sale!

Right now, you can snag the Xteink X4 Pro for just $84.15 on Amazon, a sweet $25 discount that marks its best price to date. This deal is definitely worth checking out if you're looking for an affordable way to carry your library with you.

The X4 Pro isn't just about its size; it brings some significant upgrades. For starters, it now features a touchscreen, offering a more intuitive way to navigate your books, though it thankfully still retains physical page-turning buttons for those who prefer them. There's also a handy touch-sensitive button to quickly jump back to the home screen. Plus, with a built-in light that offers adjustable brightness and color temperature, reading in the dark just got a whole lot more comfortable.

Under the hood, it runs on the CrossPoint Reader software, which, while not quite as polished as Amazon's Kindle software, does offer a much-improved library navigation and reading experience compared to previous Xteink models. One point of contention for some users might be the switch from a USB-C port to a proprietary charging connector, but if you can overlook that, the X4 Pro remains a fantastic little e-reader.

What really sets it apart, though, are the magnets that allow it to attach to compatible smartphones. While the magnetic connection is stronger on this iteration, it's still something to be mindful of. However, our very own Andrew Liszewski has called the X4 Pro the best tiny e-reader you can buy, even stating it's a device he "won't leave the house without." With this new record-low price, it's an even more compelling option for anyone who loves to read on the go.
