For those of you who actively click on notifications and watch the related videos, nothing much will change – your alerts will keep coming as usual.

YouTube also noted that channels that upload infrequently won't be affected by this change. This is a welcome relief, especially for creators who put a lot of effort into long-form content, ensuring their dedicated fans don't miss out on those important, less frequent uploads.
