iOS 26.4 Adds AI Playlist Playground and New Emojis

The update includes Unicode’s latest emoji set—think Bigfoot (“Hairy Creature”), a fight cloud, trombone, treasure chest, distorted face, apple core, orca, ballet dancers and landslide—bringing fresh shorthand ways to react in messages.

iOS 26.4 also targets some persistent bugs from iOS 26. A new “Reduce Bright Effects” toggle aims to tone down complaints about the Liquid Glass visual effect, and a keyboard fix should resolve errors that cropped up when typing quickly.
